Steve Fetner, Founder
With almost four decades of honing professional expertise in constructing high end custom residential projects for high-net worth clients Steve Fetner brings a trove of creative solutions and strong leadership to each project. The word that comes to mind summarizing his unique up close and personal approach and understanding of the industry is communication.
In 1984 Steve co-founded Bernsohn-Fetner focusing on building fine custom residential homes for private owners. After 34 years having built a successful Manhattan based company with over 40 employees Steve spent the next three years developing industry related relationships in Miami and the surrounding area. His commitment to the building process has been described as fair, tenacious and driven. Working with Fortune 500 owners and world class architects Steve has experience in resolving conflicts and expediting the flow of critical information. His attention to detail is incomparable.
Steve and his wife Pat raised five children in Nyack, NY and they have now relocated, full time, to South Florida. He attended Hunter College for his undergraduate degree and Columbia University for a Masters in Music. He plays jazz guitar, loves to cook, collects art, listens to music, enjoys glider flying and appreciates the diverse cultural experience Miami has to offer.
